Hope rolls on. Hyundai Motor President & CEO Mr. Steve S. This coming June 21 to July 28, Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. or HARI, the exclusive distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the Philippines, proudly invites car enthusiasts and aspiring Hyundai drivers to join the LiFe-changing Tour. In this much-awaited exhibit, Hyundai showcases the refreshed Hyundai Santa Fe Crossover SUV that is set to redefine the motoring lifestyles of future Hyundai customers. The Santa Fe facelift is now re-engineered with a much refined exterior styling, and offers two new engine choices: the R eVGT diesel-fed powerplant—the 3rd generation CRDi diesel engine technology in 2.2-liter displacement (2WD and 4WD variants), and the Theta II 2.4-liter (2WD and 4WD variants) gasoline engine.

Aside from the refreshed Santa Fe model, which Hyundai is passionate in bringing closer to Filipino motorists via the LiFe-changing mall tour, Hyundai is likewise elated at bringing to Filipinos the passion and excitement of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, as well as sharing its LiFe-changing global advocacy in spreading hope to the people of Africa.

In support of the dreams of thousands of African youth, Hyundai launched the “One Million Dream Balls for Africa” program, a global advocacy that aims to donate one million soccer balls to young soccer players across Africa. The first Hyundai Dream Ball has been recently delivered to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Ban Ki-moon during the ‘Sports for Peace Gala 2010’ held in Johannesburg, South Africa, with no less than Hyundai Motor President & CEO, Mr. Steve Yang, doing the honors in handing over the first Dream Ball. With the help of NGOs and UN organizations, Hyundai will distribute one million soccer balls among different communities across the African expanse so that aspiring soccer players can hone their football skills and help them achieve their dreams in life.

In addition, Hyundai also launches its FIFA Fan Parks at 35 cities in 22 countries where FIFAnatics gather together to take part in one exciting cheering spree to encourage more people to involve themselves in this world-celebrated campaign. Participating nations include Germany, France, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Portugal, Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Panama, Honduras, Columbia, Paraguay, South Africa, Ghana, Algeria, Nigeria, Australia, and Mexico.
